In order to stop illegal and irregular construction and production in coal mines, regulate supply order, promote market supply and demand balance, and lift the coal industry out of difficulties, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the spirit of the "Several Opinions of the State Council on Promoting Fair Competition and Maintaining Normal Market Order" and other documents, the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Energy Administration, and the National Coal Mine Safety Supervision Administration recently jointly issued a notice requesting the implementation of relevant governance measures for illegal and irregular coal mines.
